There are two types of preventive maintenance services, minor and major. Typically, minor services are performed at 7,500, 15,000, 45,000 and 75,000 miles. Major services are performed at 30,000, 60,000 and 90,000 miles. This can vary depending on make and model of car, but are a good rule of thumb.
